About out client:

Our client is a reputable property developer and mall operator with a strong portfolio of premium shopping centres in Hong Kong. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a seasoned and hands-on Senior Facility Manager to lead facility and property management operations for their shopping malls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the smooth facility management and operation of two mall teams, covering repair & maintenance, tenant relations, mall services, security, cleaning, and overall facility operations.
  • Allocate optimal resources to enhance team coordination and continuously improve property management service quality.
  • Source, manage, and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors to ensure high service standards and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Prepare and manage the annual operating budget while maintaining strict cost control within approved limits.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the benefit of the properties and tenants.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to support mall services, promotions, and site activities.
  • Provide support to the company's development projects, including renovation and site revamp works.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
  • Holder of Tier 1 PMP License (Property Management Practitioner License) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in property/facility management, with at least 6 years at managerial level.
  • Proven track record in managing shopping malls, office buildings, or large-scale commercial complexes.
  • Member of a professional property management organization (e.g., HKIFM, RICS, CIH) is a definite advantage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a highly motivated, results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
