Founded by finance and blockchain veterans, the company is building a comprehensive digital asset ecosystem and scaling globally. They are now seeking visionary C-suite leaders to join during this critical growth phase.

Position 3: Chief Compliance & Risk Officer (CCRO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a global compliance program covering AML, KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
• Serve as primary liaison with global regulators; lead license applications and regulatory filings.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance, operational, and reputational risks.
• Conduct compliance assessments for new products and market entries.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a globally distributed compliance team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in compliance/risk management, with 5+ years in crypto/fintech/financial services.
• Deep knowledge of global crypto regulations (MiCA, MAS, HKMA frameworks).
• Direct experience engaging with regulators and managing cross-border compliance.
• CAMS, CCEP, or CRCM certifications highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin essential.
