Compensation & Benefits Highlights
- Base Salary: $178,880 to $318,640 USD5.
- Commencement Bonus: $50,000 bonus with a 1-year debt obligation.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia in line with established protocols and standards of care14.
- Engage actively in pre-op and post-op assessments, closely monitoring patient status and maintaining meticulous documentation15.
- Uphold the highest standards of emergency preparedness, including managing emergency airway situations16.
- Maintain proficiency in pediatric case requirements and emergency airway skills17.
Minimum Requirements
- RN license in Alabama
- Current certification from the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
- BCLS Certification
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in emergencies.
- Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years (Entry Seniority Level).
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS Certification.
- Expertise in delivering anesthesia care to diverse patient populations in high-acuity settings.
- Adept at collaborating within a fast-paced Level 2 trauma center environment.
