Location: San Jose, Costa Rica

Work Arrangement: 4 days onsite (in office), 1 day remote per week

Were looking for a dedicated, hardworking SEO Specialist to join our team in San Jose, Costa Rica. This is a primarily in-office role, with one remote day per week. Ideal candidates are hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to dig into a variety of SEO and content tasks.

Requirements:

• Solid WordPress skills: creating/modifying pages and posts, configuring plugins (Yoast, AIO SEO), and using page builders like Elementor
• Proficient with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar SEO tools
• Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT-4, etc.) for content creation and topic research
• Understanding of AI visibility, SERP optimization, and featured snippet strategies
• Comfortable handling content creation, editing, and publishing workflows
• Willingness to conduct SEO research, site audits, and ongoing optimization
• Knowledge of schema, structured data, and rich result markup (a plus)
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and a get-it-done attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven hands-on WordPress experience
• Practical exposure to AI/LLM content tools and strategies
