Link Builder

Job Title: SEO Link Builder
Location: San Jose, Costa Rica
Work Arrangement: 4 days onsite (in office), 1 day remote per week

Were seeking a results-driven SEO Link Builder to strengthen our team in San Jose, Costa Rica. This is a mostly in-office role, with one remote day per week. The right candidate loves link building, has outreach experience, and is passionate about growing organic visibility through quality backlinks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with link building platforms such as Bazoom, Adsy, or similar

• Strong networking and outreach skills for developing new relationships with media contacts and site owners

• Preferred: Existing contact list/rolodex of media professionals, bloggers, sports publishers, and relevant webmasters

• Comfortable with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable SEO tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication for email outreach and negotiation

• Able to research, identify, and vet high-quality link opportunities

• Willingness to track and report on outreach and backlink performance

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously

• Able to meet deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment

• Strong work ethic and a proactive, get-things-done approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years in SEO link building or digital PR roles

• Hands-on WordPress experience (content and plugin management)

• Media and publisher outreach, especially in sports or news verticals

• Familiarity with anchor text strategy, backlink analysis, and disavow best practices

Bonus:

• Experience obtaining links from niche websites, sports communities, or authority publications
