  • $60K + Commission + $600 Car Stipend per month

  • Monday-Friday | 9AM-5PM
  • Monday & Wednesday | Cold Calling dAY
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | Driving for new business & delivering sales presentations

DESCRIPTION:

As a B2B Business Development Representative at City Wide Facility Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our business relationships. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years of business-to-business sales experience who is adept at generating leads, comfortable with cold calling, and committed to daily prospecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies by conducting a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week.
  • Cold Calling and Prospecting: Initiate and maintain regular contact with potential clients through cold calling and proactive prospecting efforts.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions. Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRM.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and effective sales presentations to showcase the value of City Wide Facility Solutions. (Goal: 5 client visits & 3 proposals per week)
  • Negotiation and Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and daily prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
