- Detailed Accounts Payable Management:
- Navigate the intricacies of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance at each step.
- Oversee a multi-level approval system for invoices, guaranteeing meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols.
- Weekly processing of payments, maintaining a well-organized inbox for internal staff-generated invoices.
- Systematic Invoice Handling:
- Receive and organize invoices submitted by internal staff, tracking approvals and supporting documentation.
- Compile approved invoices into a comprehensive document for review by Finance team supervisors and the CFO.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness before final approval.
- Payment Finalization:
- Enter payment details and vendor banking instructions into our online bank system with precision.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO to secure final approval for outgoing payments.
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal processes and online banking systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in handling intricate accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Advanced understanding of accruals, financial statements, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
