We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to engage with content creators across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and other social media platforms in the European market. Your mission will be to connect with influencers, introduce them to our cutting-edge financial solutions, and guide them through onboarding.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1️ Sales & Outreach
Identify and reach out to content creators who generate public content and get paid for it.
Communicate via social media, email, and other channels to introduce them to our platform.
Persuade and negotiate to drive sign-ups while clearly explaining the platforms benefits.
2️ Onboarding & Support
Assist creators in the registration and verification process (KYC).
Guide them in setting up financial transfers and using the platform efficiently.
Provide ongoing support, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues when needed.
3️ Tracking & Optimization
Maintain accurate records of prospects and onboarded creators in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly onboarding and engagement targets.
Work closely with the sales and support teams to optimize strategies and improve user experience.
SKILLS TO DO YOUR JOB EFFICIENTLY
Sales & Negotiation Skills
Prior experience in sales, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing is a plus.
Ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with content creators.
Social Media Knowledge
Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and other social platforms.
Awareness of how influencers monetize content and receive payments.
Communication & Languages
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with creators.
Tech & Tools
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
