We are seeking a Social Media Management (SMM) guru who will take care of brands within our group of companies and become an essential part of the team. You will be the mastermind behind our social media interactions, driving our strategy to new heights and engaging with a diverse audience across multiple platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and execute a killer social media strategy across platforms like Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. You'll craft everything from memes and witty comebacks to hot takes and trend reactions that spark conversations.

• Leverage specialized tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling content and derive insightful analytics.

• Collaborate with creative minds to consistently innovate and refresh our approach, ensuring our content adapts to global trends and remains culturally sensitive.

• Manage and optimize for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion. You'll also handle online crises and public feedback effectively, maintaining our brands voice across diverse cultural contexts.

• Strategize for the long term, using your multilingual abilities to cater to various geographies, and develop strategic plans that align with our overarching business goals.

SKILLS TO DO YOUR JOB EFFICIENTLY:

• You have 5+ years of hardcore SMM experience and a track record of making brands go viral,

• You speak the internet fluently: memes, Twitter battles, trending topics, hype, and trolling (without crossing the line),

• You can sell through humor and effortlessly adapt your tone of voice to different formats, but you also know when to keep it professional,

• You thrive under pressure, react fast to trends, and can handle insane deadlines,

• You understand analytics CTR, ER, Retention, and other metrics don't scare you.
