We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across our B2C verticals. In this role, you will identify and capitalize on market opportunities, build strong partnerships, and collaborate across departments to drive revenue and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate has a solid background in business development within the gambling or iGaming industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of customer behavior and engagement strategies. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Drive Business Growth:
Identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities to increase revenue across B2C verticals, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.Lead Market Expansion:
Explore new markets and partnership opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships that align with company goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, and CRM teams to ensure alignment on initiatives that drive user growth and engagement.Customer & Market Insights:
Conduct in-depth market research and analyze customer behavior, competitor strategies, and trends to uncover growth areas and improve customer journey touchpoints.Performance Monitoring:
Set KPIs, track business performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead internal business initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure successful execution of growth plans across departments.Ensure Compliance & Industry Standards:
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all partnerships and business activities adhere to regulatory and responsible gaming guidelines.
SKILLS TO DO YOUR JOB EFFICIENTLY:
5+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships, ideally in the gambling or iGaming industry
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, engagement, and revenue models
Proven success in negotiating deals, building relationships, and expanding into new markets
Solid grasp of marketing, CRM, and user engagement principles
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Confident in using data analytics tools to inform business strategy
Knowledge of compliance and responsible gaming practices is a plus
