Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join our team. The Paraplanner will work closely with our financial advisors to provide support in the creation of financial plans and investment strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist financial advisors in the preparation of financial plans and investment proposals for clients

- Conduct research and analysis on various financial products and services

- Prepare and review financial reports and presentations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact client portfolios

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner

- Participate in client meetings and provide support to financial advisors as needed

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment products

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client information
