You will play a critical role in driving product strategy, increasing user engagement, and contributing to the long-term growth of Hoxton Wealth.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, marketing, engineering, and operations, to deliver a best-in-class app experience that optimizes user acquisition and retention. The team is small, scrappy, and constantly evolving. You will have the autonomy to manage impactful projects and will be a key player in shaping the future of Hoxton Wealth, all while receiving guidance from some of the industrys top leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies that align with company goals and drive product growth.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize user onboarding, increase engagement, and reduce churn.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the product development process, ensuring a customer-centric approach to all product initiatives.
- Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team, including software engineers, solutions architects, QA specialists, and designers, to bring product visions to life.
- Articulate and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding product development from inception to launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2C products.
- Proven experience in driving product-led growth strategies and achieving measurable results.
- Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product, user experience, design, marketing, and leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for actionable, data-driven insights to shape product strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in user research, customer journey mapping, and creating user personas.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics platforms.
