As we continue to scale our operations and enhance our global presence, we seek a driven Internal Recruiter to join our growing team.

Role Overview: The Internal Recruiter will initially focus on recruiting for support roles within the company, including Paraplanners, Tech Support, Administrative Staff, Compliance Officers, and Marketing Specialists. As the role progresses, it will include developing a global network for the recruitment of financial advisors. Additionally, the recruiter will play a key role in refining recruitment processes within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle for support roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Network Building: Establish and nurture a comprehensive network of global financial advisors and other key talent pools, supporting our expansion into new markets.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the department's overall success.
  • Brand Building: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to develop and promote a personal and company brand that attracts high-caliber talent.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular reports on recruitment activities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and global recruitment strategies to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
