Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-gen methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote our services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively position our services in the market
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to senior management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize sales processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in b2c, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
