About the Business

Hoxton Wealth is redefining how international wealth management grows combining strong organic performance with a clear acquisition strategy. With offices across the UK, Middle East, and Asia, we're focused on acquiring and integrating quality advisory businesses into our platform, all while maintaining a people-first, high-integrity culture.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven individual to support both the pre-deal evaluation and post-acquisition integration of financial planning businesses.

You will be responsible for building models, supporting due diligence, and managing acquisition workstreams pre-close, then ensuring acquired businesses are fully integrated into our operations, culture, and technology stack post-close.

This is a high-impact role working directly with the leadership team, offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to shape how we scale.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Merger (Origination to Completion)

  • Build and manage detailed financial models for target businesses (EBITDA, revenue splits, adviser performance, earn-out scenarios)
  • Conduct commercial and operational analysis as part of deal assessment
  • Support deal structuring, term sheet drafting, and investor/board presentations
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance through each stage of diligence

Post-Merger Integration

  • Design and deliver 100-day integration plans across technology, compliance, people, and culture
  • Work with regional leaders and acquired principals to ensure smooth transition and adviser retention
  • Lead onboarding to group systems (CRM, reporting, compliance workflows)
  • Create dashboards and processes to track performance, integration risks, and milestones

What We're Looking For

  • Background in consulting, transaction services, M&A, or corporate finance
  • Seeking a candidate with Big 4 experience to ensure high-level financial rigor, M&A exposure, and best-in-class reporting standards.
  • Strong experience in financial planning, insurance, or broader financial services
  • Exceptional financial modelling, commercial analysis, and project management skills
  • Ability to work across functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable leading both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • A mindset that thrives in growth-stage, fast-paced, international businesses

What Youll Get

  • Direct exposure to board-level M&A strategy and execution
  • A leadership position in a growing, forward-thinking wealth business
  • International exposure and the chance to work across multiple markets
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on results and integrity
