Job Overview:

We are seeking a Partnered Paraplanner to join our team and work closely with one of our top advisors who already has a substantial amount of assets under management (AUM). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced paraplanner to partner with a successful advisor and take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the advisor to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the advisor in making informed investment decisions

- Prepare and maintain client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed

- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients

- Assist in the development and training of junior paraplanners and support staff

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paraplanner, preferably in a wealth management or financial planning firm

- Working knowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Minimum level 4 qualified
