This is a hands-on role. You will need the ability to wear multiple hats, partnering with engineering, design, operations, and advisory teams across the organisation to ship high-quality product quickly. The team is small, moves fast, and operates across multiple jurisdictions. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong execution skills, technical fluency, and the ability to work across a broad product surface area without losing quality or momentum.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration across client-facing, back-office, and integrated workflow products
- Write clear, actionable specifications at the right level of detail for the audience and complexity at hand
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver features on schedule and at a high quality bar
- Define success metrics and instrumentation for every feature shipped; analyse results post-launch and recommend next steps
- Lead user research to understand both client needs and internal user requirements in depth
- Prioritise between feature requests, architectural improvements, and operational excellence based on business impact
- Identify and resolve process conflicts, feature creep, and programme issues quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business globally, ensuring alignment and managing competing priorities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your areas of ownership
- Establish and run AI evaluation processes, including offline and production evals, to assess output quality and detect regressions.
- Design and improve AI-assisted workflows, including human-in-the-loop review, approvals, and audit trails.
- Collect and act on user feedback from multiple channels and proactively communicate status and progress to leadership
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing products
- Strong product execution: able to write tight specs, manage delivery through complexity, and QA rigorously before launch
- Technically literate: comfortable with APIs, data models, and system integrations; able to have productive conversations with engineers and make informed trade-off decisions
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on ability to define instrumentation, run ad hoc queries, and use data to drive decisions
- Good UX sensibility: able to assess a design, articulate what needs improvement, and create wireframes or low-fidelity mocks to communicate thinking
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor the message for engineers, leadership, and business stakeholders
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple product areas simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to deliver results through influence without authority across cross-functional and regional teams
- Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML product development
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, SQL, and modern analytics platforms
- Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or CRM/enterprise platforms is beneficial but not required
- Proven adaptability to differing cultural and business environments; experience working on global products is also beneficial
