Our client is a global leader in strategy consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, sanitize, publish, and manage the firms IP (intellectual property) across various knowledge management tools and resources, ensuring it remains accessible, accurate, and relevant to the organization.
- Respond to consultant inquiries via our ticketing system, providing accurate information and assisting them in finding the resources they need.
- Partner with project leads to enhance business development resources through knowledge sharing, ensuring that insights and best practices are utilized effectively.
- Work closely with other KM team members to establish and standardize best practices for knowledge sharing and management across departments and regions.
- Mentor and support junior KM team members, sharing your expertise to help them develop professionally.
- Drive adoption of knowledge management platforms, resources and tools across the firm, ensuring widespread usage and integration into day-to-day workflows via consulting staff training.
- Contribute to the development of new knowledge management strategies and initiatives, improving efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to knowledge management activities, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits of knowledge resources to ensure they remain up-to-date and align with firm goals and client needs.
Candidate Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree is required.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- 4+ years of experience in a knowledge management or related role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Telecom and Technology industry sectors, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve internal resources and client deliverables.
- Proficient in Power BI or Tableau, data analytics, and data visualization tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working autonomously while fostering collaboration across teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
