DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
- Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
- Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client
- Check designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
- Update ticket as soon as you work on it.
- Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified Ticketing system.
- Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution
