Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Manager. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with our online community, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow our online community through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

- Create and curate engaging content to share with our community, including blog posts, videos, and graphics

- Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner

- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to measure the success of our online presence and make recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media management and community engagement

- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from customers

- Attend and represent the company at local events and networking opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other businesses

- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales

- Provide regular reports and updates on community engagement and marketing efforts to management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in social media management and community engagement

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content

- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

- Familiarity with the home organization and improvement industry is a plus
