Product Manager- Home Appliances/White Goods

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and innovative team player to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation, specifically in the white goods category. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to complete product development, create roadmaps, establish pricing, and identify new business opportunities in the LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the annual sales budget and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support deal negotiations, set sales targets, and optimize forecasting.
• Develop and oversee data-driven analysis.
• Conduct market research, develop pricing maps, and perform sales and profit analysis for assigned categories.
• Coordinate marketing activities with the Sales & Marketing team, analyzing ROI and conversion rates.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, identify market and consumer trends, and ensure successful new product introductions as well as the development of niche opportunities. Anticipate potential product threats.
• Develop the product line for annual catalogs and validate factory highlights for each item.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all manufacturing processes related to each purchase order before shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong business analytics mindset with strategic and innovative thinking.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting.
• Skilled in MS Office 365, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI.
