About the Role
The Trade Marketing Assistant will support the Trade Marketing team in executing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand presence and sales performance at points of sale. This role involves coordinating promotional activities, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the effective implementation of trade marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Inventory Monitoring:

Weekly update of inventory and sell-out reports.

Review and track sales targets for the promoter team.

Monitor product promotions and competitor activities in stores.
-
Track and report new product launches from competitors by country and retail chain.
-

Trade Execution & Promoter Supervision:
-
Maintain and update price ladders for all Oster categories and competitors by client, country, and sales channel.
-
Manage promoter routes and coverage schedules.
-
Supervise check-in and check-out processes for promoters.
-
Monitor in-store execution of promoter activities.
-
Develop and implement special incentive programs for promoters to drive sell-out.

Marketing & Brand Support:

Collaborate with the design team for expos, product launches and brand fairs.
-
Ensure promotional materials align with brand standards and quality guidelines.
-
Innovate and improve in-store activations.
-

Operational & Administrative Support:
-
Manage training schedules for sales teams and promoters.
-
Request supplier quotes for various marketing campaigns.
-
Oversee the renewal of promoter work permits.
-
Coordinate promoter leave requests, absences, and vacations.
-
Review and analyze app performance reports (APP TCG) in Central America.

Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or retail execution.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and trade marketing tools.
-
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate in promotional activities.
