Key Account Executive
The Key Account Executive is responsible for executing commercial strategies for the White Goods category by strengthening relationships with direct customers and distributors. The role focuses on increasing sell-out and sell-in, ensuring brand positioning in target markets, and coordinating trade marketing activities. This position also manages and executes the budget for its area while supporting retailers and distributors in inventory management, commercial strategies, promotional planning, accounts receivable, and post-sales service execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze Line Reviews, mapping products and proposing the appropriate lineup per category and distributor.
- Conduct market analysis to identify action plans for achieving market share targets.
- Propose new products based on market trends, justifying specifications and pricing.
- Perform FOB price analysis for the White Goods category.
- Define and analyze the product mix by retailer compared to competitors.
- Place sales orders and oversee proforma approval processes.
- Manage sales forecasting by client.
- Analyze profitability and margins by client and product line.
- Oversee account receivables and monitor client payment status.
- Implement loyalty and public relations plans for clients based on annual approvals.
- Provide technical service support to clients.
- Ensure product certification processes per country regulations.
- Monitor order processing from proforma approval to final product delivery, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- Oversee sample deliveries according to technical specifications.
- Analyze sales performance and inventory turnover per point of sale, implementing action plans to meet targets.
- Support activation plans aligned with positioning and sales objectives.
- Design and implement training plans for the personnel under their supervision.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales, data analysis, commercial management, or sales administration roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in forecasting, pricing analysis, and sales performance evaluations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
This role reports to the Regional Sales Leader / Key Account Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
