Salary: $78000 to $82000 plus superannuation

Are you a passionate and experienced Chef looking for a full-time opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant? PRN Sons Pty Ltd is currently seeking a Full-Time Chef to join our team at DaNiro's Pizza and Pasta in Winmalee, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook delicious and high-quality dishes according to our menu

- Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients

- Follow all health and safety standards and regulations

- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation

Requirements:

- Certificate IV in kitchen management or above

- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- A passion for food and creativity in the kitchen

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
