Responsibilities

  • Proactively reaching out to potential merchants leads through cold calls to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Establish rapport with merchants to understand their needs and pain points, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assess the suitability of leads for further sales efforts, ensuring alignment with our target market.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update lead status to track progress and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for direct sales penetration.
  • Provide insights and feedback from merchant interactions to help refine our approach and improve overall sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and lead conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Proven 1-2 years experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with lead management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
