Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to learn about their vacation interests, travel styles, and preferred destinations
• Create customized travel recommendations based on individual needs and budgets
• Arrange travel components including resorts, cruises, tours, accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages
• Provide clients with information about destinations, travel requirements, and available options
• Assist with reservation requests and monitor booking progress
• Share supplier promotions, exclusive offers, and travel opportunities with prospective and existing clients
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the booking process
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and travel plans
• Continue learning about new destinations, supplier products, and industry developments
• Participate in virtual training sessions and educational events
