Opportunity Overview
Our growing remote coordination team is looking for organized and client-focused individuals to join us as Lifestyle Planning Advisors. In this role, you'll help support travelers by organizing vacation details, assisting with reservation management, and providing ongoing guidance throughout the planning process to help create seamless travel experiences.
This remote opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working independently while supporting clients in a flexible environment. Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, administrative support, or related fields can be beneficial, but no prior travel background is required. Full training and continued support are included.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist clients with vacation planning requests, travel timelines, and destination interests
- Coordinate travel services including hotels, cruises, transportation, flights, tours, and excursions
- Research travel packages, supplier availability, and pricing options through approved systems
- Organize reservation information, itinerary schedules, and confirmation details
- Provide professional support through email, phone, and digital communication platforms
- Assist with booking updates, itinerary changes, and client follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate records and client profiles within internal company systems
- Stay informed on travel promotions, destination highlights, and supplier announcements
- Participate in virtual onboarding, ongoing workshops, and training sessions

- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using online platforms, email systems, and basic computer software

- Must be at least 18 years old
