Our growing team is seeking dependable and detail-focused individuals to join us as Remote Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will assist travelers by organizing customized trip arrangements and supporting them throughout their planning experience from early research to confirmed reservations.

This position is a great fit for individuals who enjoy client interaction, appreciate organized workflows, and are interested in developing long-term skills within the travel services field. No prior industry background is required, as guided onboarding and continued mentorship are provided.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support travelers with trip preparation including accommodations, flights, cruises, activities, and packaged experiences
  • Research destination options aligned with client interests and budgets
  • Provide helpful travel insights and planning suggestions
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Coordinate reservation details with trusted travel suppliers
  • Monitor current promotions and destination updates to share with clients
  • Keep booking records accurate and organized within internal systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in travel planning and customer experience support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic familiarity with online tools and research platforms
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved region
  • Training and certification resources provided — experience not required
