Position Overview

Our growing remote support division is seeking proactive and organized individuals to join the team as Experience Preparation Specialists. In this role, you'll assist clients with coordinating travel-related arrangements, organizing important reservation information, and supporting the planning process to help create smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.

This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, managing details, and working in a flexible environment. Applicants from customer service, hospitality, scheduling, administrative, or support-related backgrounds are welcome. No prior travel industry experience is necessary, as complete training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with trip planning inquiries, scheduling requests, and travel preferences
  • Coordinate vacation components including lodging, transportation, cruises, tours, activities, and package options
  • Research travel opportunities, pricing, and availability through approved supplier and reservation platforms
  • Review and organize itinerary details, booking confirmations, and travel schedules
  • Provide professional client assistance through email, phone, and online communication tools
  • Support reservation changes, schedule updates, and post-booking follow-up requests
  • Maintain organized client files and accurate planning records within internal systems
  • Stay informed on travel news, destination highlights, supplier promotions, and current offers
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training workshops, and continued learning programs

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable balancing multiple tasks in a remote work environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms and email systems

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
