Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their interests, priorities, and goals
  • Assist with coordinating travel-related services such as accommodations, activities, and transportation
  • Review available experience options using approved partner platforms
  • Provide timely updates regarding confirmations and scheduling progress
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and secure messaging systems
  • Support adjustments or service updates when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to planning activity
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing development opportunities
