Position Overview

We are seeking polished, relationship-focused individuals to join our remote team as High-Touch Client Advisor. In this role, you will provide attentive support to clients who value personalized communication, organized planning, and a smooth experience from the first conversation through final trip preparation.

You will help clients explore suitable options, coordinate selected services, and keep important details on track throughout the planning process. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do

  • Build rapport with clients and learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
  • Research and compare premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources.
  • Assist with coordinating selected arrangements while keeping reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details accurate and organized.
  • Provide proactive client support through timely updates, thoughtful follow-up, answers to routine questions, and assistance with standard changes or requests.
  • Monitor important deadlines, maintain detailed client records, verify arrangements for accuracy, and continue expanding your supplier and destination knowledge.
