Position Overview

As a Supplemental Income Travel Specialist, you will help clients research and coordinate vacations including resorts, cruises, all-inclusive packages, family trips, couples getaways, groups, tours, and international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Learn about client vacation preferences, dates, and budgets
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, activities, and transportation
• Compare options and provide personalized recommendations
• Coordinate selected arrangements through approved supplier platforms
• Organize confirmations and important reservation details
• Track payments, deadlines, and client requests
• Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, and available promotions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable researching information online
• Able to work independently and manage priorities
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Willing to learn supplier and reservation systems
• Reliable internet access and compatible device
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying regions
