Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients with organizing vacation arrangements, researching available choices, and managing important details throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working independently in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferred dates, destination interests, and budget, then research options that align with their needs.
  • Assist with coordinating accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and other requested services using approved supplier resources.
  • Keep reservation information organized and provide clients with confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and important planning updates.
  • Respond to client questions, follow up on pending items, and assist with routine reservation changes and special requests.
  • Review booking details for accuracy, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge through training.
