Position Overview
We are expanding our remote team and looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others discover and organize memorable vacation experiences. As a Destination Support Advisor, you will assist clients with researching destinations, evaluating available options, and coordinating the details needed for their upcoming trips.
This is a beginner-friendly opportunity. Previous travel-industry experience is not required, and training, supplier resources, and ongoing education are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Discuss vacation interests, preferred destinations, travel dates, and budgets with clients
- Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and destination activities
- Identify suitable options based on individual traveler preferences
- Provide helpful destination and accommodation information to support client decisions
- Coordinate selected travel arrangements through approved supplier platforms
- Prepare reservation confirmations, schedules, itineraries, and important trip information
- Assist with booking adjustments, special requests, and routine client questions
- Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming travel deadlines
- Review reservation information for accuracy
- Maintain organized client and booking records
- Participate in supplier training and destination education
