- Assist with coordinating vacations, cruises, resorts, accommodations, and other leisure travel experiences
- Research travel options and availability using approved booking and supplier platforms
- Help ensure reservations and itinerary details are accurate and properly documented
- Provide responsive support and solutions tailored to individual client needs
- Monitor and assist with booking updates, schedule changes, and travel-related requests
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and reservation information
- Participate in virtual workshops, team collaborations, and ongoing learning opportunities
