About the Role

We are currently expanding our remote coordination team and inviting applications for a Travel Experience Coordinator position. In this role, you will help individuals prepare for upcoming leisure trips by assisting with planning details, organizing itinerary components, and supporting travelers throughout their experience preparation timeline.

This opportunity is ideal for people who enjoy working in service-oriented environments, communicating with clients, and staying organized while learning about destinations and vacation experiences. 

What You'll Do
  • Assist clients as they prepare arrangements for vacations such as resort stays, cruises, guided tours, and transportation
  • Review traveler interests to help match them with suitable destination experiences
  • Share helpful planning suggestions that support trip preparation decisions
  • Maintain communication with clients through digital platforms and occasional phone contact
  • Coordinate confirmations and updates with supplier partners when reservations are finalized
  • Keep itinerary details organized within internal coordination systems
  • Monitor current travel opportunities and seasonal promotions
  • Support clients throughout different phases of their trip preparation process
What We're Looking For
  • Interest in assisting with customer-focused travel coordination activities
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client planning timelines efficiently
  • Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
  • General familiarity with computers and web-based systems
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain or any other qualifying region
