What You Will Do

  • Connect with clients to understand trip goals, preferences, and timelines
  • Assist with building and organizing travel plans, including lodging, transportation, and activities
  • Research and compare options using approved systems and tools
  • Keep clients informed with clear updates on bookings and next steps
  • Respond to questions via email, phone, and secure messaging platforms
  • Handle itinerary changes, updates, and follow-up requests
  • Maintain accurate client records and planning notes
  • Participate in onboarding and continuous development sessions
