Responsibilities

• Assist clients with arranging travel components such as accommodations, flights, cruises, tours, and activities
• Review traveler preferences to recommend suitable destinations and experiences
• Provide helpful insights and suggestions to guide planning decisions
• Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
• Coordinate booking confirmations and updates with travel partners
• Maintain accurate and organized client travel records
• Stay informed about travel updates, seasonal promotions, and destination highlights
• Support clients throughout the planning and booking process

Candidate Qualifications

• Interest in travel planning and customer support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using online tools and computer systems
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region
