Position Summary

We are currently seeking motivated and self-driven individuals interested in building a flexible career as an Independent Travel Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients with selecting and organizing personalized vacation experiences while working remotely and managing your own workflow with support from an established travel coordination network.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, researching destinations, and helping others turn vacation ideas into confirmed travel plans. Whether arranging relaxing resort stays, cruise vacations, or international itineraries, you will play an important role in supporting clients throughout their planning journey. No previous industry background is required, as onboarding resources and guidance are provided.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist clients with identifying vacation options that match their preferences and budgets
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, cruises, excursions, and activities
• Provide helpful destination information to support client decision-making
• Communicate with travelers using email, virtual platforms, and phone when appropriate
• Work with supplier partners to confirm reservation details and updates
• Keep itinerary information organized within internal coordination tools
• Stay informed on current travel offers, seasonal opportunities, and supplier updates
• Support clients from early planning stages through confirmation of arrangements

Ideal Candidate Background

• Interest in working with clients to plan memorable getaway experiences
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple planning requests
• Basic familiarity with online systems and digital communication tools
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia or another approved hiring region
