Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand travel interests, timelines, and preferences
  • Help coordinate trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Review available options using approved supplier platforms
  • Share timely updates related to confirmations and planning progress
  • Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging tools
  • Support adjustments or service-related requests as needed
  • Maintain organized client planning records within internal systems
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and team development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer-support skills
  • Reliable organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment
  • Comfort using online systems and communication platforms
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, or administrative roles is helpful but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
