About the Role

We are currently expanding our virtual travel coordination team and are seeking organized, client-focused individuals to join us as Travel Services Assistants. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support to clients by helping coordinate travel arrangements, monitor booking details, and assist with the overall planning process to ensure a smooth experience.

This opportunity is a great fit for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying detail-oriented, and working independently in a remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required, as onboarding, training, and continued support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel planning requests, preferences, and scheduling details
  • Help coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
  • Research travel availability and compare options using approved booking platforms
  • Communicate updates regarding reservations, confirmations, and itinerary progress
  • Respond to client questions through email, phone, and online communication systems
  • Support itinerary revisions, booking adjustments, and follow-up requests as needed
  • Maintain organized records and accurate client documentation within internal systems
  • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier offers, and travel promotions
  • Participate in remote onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing learning opportunities

  • Comfortable using email, online systems, and basic computer tools

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain or another approved hiring regions
