Position Overview
We are looking for organized, service-focused individuals to join our remote team as Experience Booking Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with turning vacation ideas into organized arrangements by researching available options, coordinating selected services, and keeping booking details accurate and easy to follow.
This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, comparing choices, managing details, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
What You'll Do
- Speak with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
- Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages that align with individual needs.
- Support the booking process by coordinating selected services and organizing confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details.
- Maintain clear communication with clients by providing updates, following up on pending items, answering routine questions, and assisting with standard booking changes.
- Review reservation information for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
