About the Opportunity

We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who have an interest in destinations, hospitality, and delivering excellent client experiences. As a Destination Services Coordinator, you will assist individuals and families with identifying vacation opportunities, selecting suitable accommodations, and managing the arrangements needed for a well-organized trip.

This role combines destination research, client communication, and reservation coordination. You may assist with beach resorts, all-inclusive vacations, cruises, romantic retreats, family holidays, group experiences, guided tours, and international travel.

Whether you are exploring a new career path or looking for a flexible opportunity, previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and professional resources are available to help you develop the necessary knowledge and skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to determine their vacation expectations, interests, and priorities
  • Collect essential planning details, including preferred dates, locations, spending limits, and accommodation needs
  • Identify destinations and vacation experiences that align with individual requests
  • Examine available lodging, cruise itineraries, vacation packages, transportation, and activities
  • Evaluate supplier offerings and highlight options that meet client requirements
  • Present vacation possibilities and communicate relevant features, inclusions, and conditions
  • Provide guidance throughout the vacation selection and reservation process
  • Arrange approved services using designated booking systems and supplier platforms
  • Review passenger information, travel dates, and reservation details for completeness
  • Maintain organized files containing confirmations, schedules, and client preferences
  • Keep track of deposit requirements, final payment dates, and other booking obligations
  • Coordinate follow-up communication regarding pending decisions and required information
  • Share reservation updates and useful preparation details with clients
  • Address general inquiries and assist with routine modifications when needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Expand knowledge of destinations, supplier products, and industry developments through continued learning
