Overview

We are expanding our team and currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Travel Industry Associate. In this role, youll support clients in reserving and organinzing personalized travel experiences while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.

As a Travel Industry Associate, you will assist travelers in planning well-coordinated vacations by arranging accommodations, cruises, tours, and destination activities. From relaxing beach holidays to exciting international journeys, youll help ensure each trip is thoughtfully planned and tailored to the clients preferences.

This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an interest in travel, and are looking to gain valuable experience in the travel sector. Comprehensive training, certification support, and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to organize customized travel plans based on their interests and travel goals

  • Arrange travel components such as flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and local activities

  • Share helpful travel insights and destination recommendations

  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms

  • Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners

  • Develop positive client relationships that encourage repeat bookings and referrals

  • Stay updated on travel promotions, new destinations, and industry developments

  • Maintain organized records of client information, itineraries, and reservations

Qualifications
  • Interest in travel and helping others plan enjoyable trips

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Comfortable using computers and online systems

  • Must reside in or bwe authorized to work in the 

    US, UK, Mexico, the EU, or Australia

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and certification guidance will be provided.
