Position Overview
Are you someone who enjoys organizing details, working with people, and helping create memorable experiences? We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Travel Experience Coordinator.
In this role, you will support travelers throughout the vacation planning journey by helping coordinate trip details, researching travel options, and ensuring arrangements align with each client's preferences and goals. You'll assist with a variety of travel experiences, including resort vacations, cruises, family travel, group trips, and international getaways.

Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with planning and organizing personalized travel experiences
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and vacation packages
- Help clients compare travel opportunities based on interests, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate travel components such as hotels, cruises, flights, tours, and activities
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and gather trip information
- Work with supplier partners to arrange reservations and confirm travel details
- Maintain organized records of itineraries, bookings, and client communications
- Monitor travel updates, destination information, and promotional opportunities
- Support clients through various stages of the planning and booking process
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience from inquiry through confirmation
Qualifications
- Interest in travel, customer relations, hospitality, event coordination, or service-based work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
- Previous travel industry experience is not required; full training is provided
