As a Destination Planning Specialist, you will work directly with clients to identify travel opportunities, coordinate trip details, and support travelers as they prepare for memorable journeys.

This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, researching destinations, and managing important details. You'll assist with a variety of travel experiences, including resort stays, cruises, family vacations, group travel, and international adventures. No prior travel industry background is necessary, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist travelers in selecting destinations and vacation experiences that match their interests and travel goals
• Research travel products, accommodations, transportation options, and activity offerings
• Prepare customized travel proposals based on client preferences and budgets
• Coordinate reservations for hotels, cruises, flights, excursions, and vacation packages
• Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Communicate using phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
• Collaborate with supplier partners to secure reservations and manage itinerary updates
• Maintain organized records of bookings, client communications, and travel documentation
• Monitor industry developments, destination updates, and special promotional offers
• Help create a positive and seamless planning experience for every traveler

Candidate Profile

• Interest in tourism, hospitality, customer engagement, or travel services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
• Proficient with computers, internet research, and online applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions
