Role Summary
We are seeking organized, proactive individuals to join our remote team as Travel Coordination Specialist. This role involves helping clients manage the different components of their vacations, from researching available services to ensuring important reservation details are properly organized.
You may coordinate arrangements for cruises, resort stays, all-inclusive vacations, family trips, romantic escapes, group travel, tours, activities, and international experiences.
No previous travel industry experience is necessary. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with clients to understand their trip requirements and priorities
- Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, tours, and other vacation services
- Identify options that align with requested dates, interests, and budgets
- Assist clients with reviewing and selecting appropriate arrangements
- Coordinate chosen services through approved supplier systems
- Organize reservation confirmations and essential trip information
- Verify traveler details, dates, and services before finalizing arrangements
- Keep track of deposits, final payments, and other important deadlines
- Follow up on pending client decisions and required information
- Provide updates as vacation arrangements progress
- Assist with routine changes, questions, and special requests
- Maintain accurate and organized records for each client
- Stay current on supplier offerings, destination information, and available vacation products

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
