In this role, you will support clients seeking well-planned vacation experiences by helping them review options, coordinate requested arrangements, and stay informed throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy delivering attentive service, managing details, researching quality experiences, and maintaining professional communication. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, priorities, and special requests.
  • Research premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved supplier resources.
  • Help coordinate selected arrangements and keep confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details accurate and organized.
  • Maintain proactive communication by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
  • Review important details for accuracy, track deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
