About the Opportunity

We are looking for polished, detail-focused individuals to join our remote team as Luxury Services Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients who are seeking elevated vacation experiences by researching premium options, coordinating selected services, and making sure important planning details are handled with care.

This position is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy high-level customer service, thoughtful communication, research, and organization. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Your Responsibilities

  • Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, expectations, and special requests.
  • Research luxury resorts, upscale hotels, cruises, private transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other premium vacation services using approved resources.
  • Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
  • Maintain responsive communication by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes or special requests.
  • Review arrangements for accuracy, monitor key deadlines, maintain detailed client records, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
