About the Role

We are seeking polished, client-focused individuals to join our remote team as Elite Client Support Consultant. In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to clients as they explore vacation options, make planning decisions, and prepare for upcoming travel.

You will help create a smooth experience by researching suitable choices, coordinating selected services, and keeping important information organized and up to date. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships by learning about preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, expectations, and special requests.
  • Research and compare premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources.
  • Assist with coordinating selected services and maintain accurate confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details.
  • Provide high-level client support through timely updates, thoughtful follow-up, answers to routine questions, and assistance with standard changes or requests.
  • Monitor deadlines, review arrangements for accuracy, maintain detailed client records, and continue expanding knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
